A business management system written for shop owners and their staff, starting with water shops and water delivery businesses. The counter records sales and home deliveries, riders see their own deliveries on a phone, and the owner sees today's money, who owes what and how much water is in stock. Monthly bills go out on WhatsApp in English or Urdu, and every customer gets a private page to check their account and order water.

What BusinessFlow does

Counter and delivery sales
Record counter sales and home deliveries, then print the bill or send it on WhatsApp. Cancelled bills keep a reason and are never deleted.
Customer accounts and dues
A running statement for every customer, special rates, dues sorted by how late they are, and payments that clear the oldest bills first.
Orders and rider deliveries
Assign orders to riders, who see only their own deliveries on a simple phone screen and mark them delivered.
Payments and cash closing
Cash, JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank transfers recorded, cash held by each rider, and a daily drawer check that shows short, extra or matching.
Monthly bills on WhatsApp
Each customer's monthly bill, ready to send on WhatsApp in English, Urdu or both with one tap.
Water stock, tankers and bottles
Stock in litres, tanker purchases and suppliers, low-stock alerts, and bottles and deposits tracked for every customer.
Customer's own page
A private link where each customer sees what they owe, their bottles and bills, and orders water without a password.
Reports and expenses
Money in and out, by payment method, by rider and day by day, plus a clear list of who owes money.
English and Urdu, safe by design
Every screen in English or right-to-left Urdu, roles for owner, manager, counter, rider, accounts and stock, and an activity log of every change.
